We Need to Talk . . .

As you all may know, I haven’t been the best at updating or even actively writing posts for the A-Z April Challenge. This is because I’ve had things like job applications, homework, and, last weekend, a writer’s conference. Therefore, I’m officially stepping out of the Blogging from A-Z April Challenge and resuming my sporadic posting schedule.

In other news, I diverted flooding in my boss’s basement the other day, and that meant I came up with about five more books than I should be allowed. So I’ll be looking to rearrange my bookshelves (again) sometime soon to accommodate the newcomers.

And, if you’re in the Madison area, you should check out this awesome graphic novel panel happening for Litfest 2012 on Monday. This has nothing to do with the fact that I was part of the team that planned it.

Discussion Question: Other than work and/or kids, what keeps you the most busy?

  1. For me exercising and blogging. I’m currently training for a 5k so fitting in time to move is a little time consuming but it’s definitely worth it.

As for blogging, I’m a new blogger and participating in the A to Z challenge has created additional stress because I was not prepared for it at all. Furthermore, blogging is taking up a lot more time than I anticipated. I’m at a little crossroads right now and certainly understand your position to no longer participate in the challenge. Thanks for letting me share!

  2. Writing keeps me pretty busy. And blogging. School used to keep me busy, but I graduated. Thanks for posting and good luck with all that is keeping you busy!
